WOAH!  Being an adult is hard, bloomin’ work – right?!

The constant To-Do’s and never-ending life admin drain on our resources.  

We all too often find ourselves lost and snowed under in all the ‘ick’.  

We all deserve some time to rest, play and have fun.  The space to do so provides an opportunity for us to re-set and re-focus, but we never seem to prioritise this.  

Well, Sophie and I are creating a space.  We are offering you the invitation to step away from the seriousness of adult responsibilities to come and join us for a morning of playtime, to reconnect with your inner child embracing the power of play, creativity and imagination.

 

The morning will start slow and nurturing with a gentle meditation to support the connection with your inner child, before we move to engage in some guided play activities, and then off we go into the realms of free play, where your imagination and creativity can go uninhibited!  We then come back together to reflect, before slowly returning to our adult selves and the responsibilities of our day.
